Feel free to sign these people up since they did it to me without my permission.  
All these accounts listed below have emailed me commercial spam, or added me to their mailing list without any consent. In no way do I suggest that web scraping bots take their email addresses and add them to their own spam mailing lists so they suffer the same fate that I have, but these things have been known to happen on the internet and I can't really stop that from happening.
 
While it does take time and effort to wade out these spammers from my email, copy and paste their email address, log into my website to do all this, I may be willing to remove individual addresses for a nominal consideration for my time and effort in doing so.
